Anna and Jeremy....

Anna and Jeremy's cake was the most unique wedding cake we have ever made. Their wedding reception was held at The Cotton Company in downtown Wake Forest. Their colors were red and teal (my pictures do not do it justice).

A place card tree. You find your place card on the tree, which has your table number on it.

A canvas painting station...it is hard to see the painting on the canvas, but there was a beautiful vase of flowers lightly sketched on the canvas.

The cake: The cake was a topsy-turvy style cake with edible mosaic tiles.

Wedding Cake Pictures...

For the past year I have mostly done cakes for family and friends, so I never worried about the quality of the pictures I took. Now that I am making cakes for the public, I tossed my faithful 5 megapixel camera and finally upgraded to a Canon Powershot 10 megapixel camera. I recommend this camera to anyone who wants professional looking photos. I almost went with a Kodak for 3 more megapixels, but definitely spend the extra $50 for a Canon. I am slowly, but surely replacing my old cake pictures with new ones. Even though I love the pictures my new camera takes, it will be hard to say good-bye to some of my very first projects :-/

I am very excited to welcome my new 6-tier cupcake tower to the Cake Delicioso family :) Cupcake towers are perfect for brides on a tight budget. Most cannot afford a 6-tier wedding cake, but cupcake towers are grandiose as well as inexpensive. My prices for cupcakes range from $1-3 each. Cupcakes towers can also be used for more than just cupcakes.

Some people love to shop till they drop, others may enjoy scrap booking or sewing, but in my case I just want to bake.
My love for baking and creating cakes started when I was just a child and has continued to this day. Baking a scratch made cake and turning it into something delicious and beautiful is what I want to do for you. Some of my fondest memories are of my mother baking tasty birthday cakes for myself and five other siblings. I want you to have the same memory of your cake whether it’s your wedding, birthday or any other special occasion.
